Contracting and Project Services
High/low current, medium voltage and mechanical installation contracting; design, installation, testing and commissioning. Turnkey engineering solutions.
Our contracting and project services deliver the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of industrial facilities on a turnkey basis, from design to commissioning. In the renewal of existing systems, capacity increases and new facility investments, we manage engineering design, material procurement, installation, testing-commissioning and professional liability documentation from a single source.
Our Service Items
- High Current Contracting Services — busbar and cable management, distribution/MCC/compensation panels, lighting installations, UPS, generator and earthing systems.
- Low Current Contracting Services — data infrastructure, CCTV/IP cameras, fire detection and alarm systems, public address and satellite-TV infrastructure.
- Medium Voltage Contracting Services — cells and panel arrangements, MV cable and termination installation, testing and commissioning, acceptance/approval processes.
- Mechanical Installation Contracting and Projects — HVAC, fire protection and extinguishing systems, boiler houses, plumbing and process installations.
- Camera Systems — IP camera infrastructure for facility security.
Our Project Approach
Every contracting job begins with a needs analysis and site survey. Load calculations, single-line diagrams, lighting and installation projects are prepared within the framework of the relevant standards (equivalents of TEDAŞ/distribution company regulations, TS 802-1, NFPA, EN 12094 and fire legislation). Material selection is based on fire reaction class, IP protection rating, ambient conditions and operational continuity. After installation, isolation, continuity, functional and commissioning tests are performed to meet system criteria; the system is handed over with as-built drawings, test records and warranty certificates.
Integration with Periodic Inspection
The distinguishing feature of our contracting service is that the commissioned systems are designed together with their periodic inspection obligations. For lightning protection, earthing and pressurised system investments, the sustainability of controls is planned from the outset; thus the first year of the investment brings no surprises of missing reports or non-compliant hardware. The same perspective applies to renovation projects of existing facilities: first the inspection/test report, then the investment planning. Site Organisation and Occupational Safety
Our contracting works are carried out under the supervision of our own occupational safety professionals: working at height, hot work, energy isolation in electrical installations and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures are tied into a written permit system. Our crews are equipped with personal protective equipment and instrument inventories, and every measurement device is under periodic calibration control. Where subcontractors are engaged, the same permit, audit and documentation conditions apply.
Our site discipline affects our client's production continuity as directly as the quality of the turnkey work; therefore installation plans are organised around planned shutdown windows and shift patterns. After commissioning we remain with your facility through our periodic inspection, thermography and testing services, completing the design-build-operate-inspect cycle from a single source so that your legal obligations stay under control from day one. At handover, trained operating personnel, as-built documentation and your periodic inspection calendar are also transferred to you.
FAQ on Contracting and Project Services
Strong-current systems (panels, busbar, cable management, lighting, earthing-lightning protection, UPS and generator sets), low-current systems (data infrastructure, cameras, fire detection, public address, telephone, satellite-TV), medium-voltage facilities (cells, cables, terminations, test-commissioning, project-acceptance-approval) plus mechanical installation works (HVAC, fire extinguishing, plumbing, steam-hot oil, compressed air, process) — their installation and project contracting.
Four phases run: engineering and design (load analysis, short-circuit and protection studies, drawing-approval cycles), material procurement and factory tests, field application (mounting, cabling, terminations, piping, insulation) and verification-commissioning (site tests, scenario trials, acceptance file). Each phase closes with a written exit criterion; handover includes training for operating staff and as-built documentation, and the periodic inspection calendar ties into this file.
Within the framework of Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation, the High Current Electrical Installations Regulation and the Fire Buildings Regulation; technically per the relevant TS EN, TS HD and IEC series such as TS HD 60364 (building electrical installations), TS EN 61439 (LV panels), TS EN 62271 (medium voltage), TS EN 12845 and TS EN 54 (fire), plus distributor specifications.
A short description of the facility and the work scope is a sufficient start; the study is clarified afterwards by an on-site survey, review of existing drawings and P&IDs, and a load list or equipment inventory. An energy infrastructure capacity report or the distributor application file accelerates the process. The technical quotation presented after the survey prices installation, testing-commissioning and documentation as a package; an integrated maintenance plan with our periodic inspection services can be added.
