High current contracting services deliver, on a turnkey basis, the electrical infrastructure that distributes, carries and delivers energy in industrial plants and buildings — through design, material supply, installation, testing and commissioning. High current covers the high energy circuits of lighting, power and motor feeds and is designed as a discipline separate from low current systems. KYF Test designs these services together with our own periodic inspection and testing experience: the statutory maintenance and measurement duties of every commissioned system are planned from the start.

Project Approach
The work begins with a needs analysis and site survey. Load calculations, short-circuit current determination, selectivity (protection coordination) and voltage drop analyses are made; single-line diagrams, layout and panel detail projects are produced. Material selection is based on fire reaction class, IP rating, ambient conditions, harmonic profile and operational continuity. During installation, dead work (OSAS), lockout-tagout procedure and the safety plan are applied. In the finishing stage, system criteria are met through insulation, continuity, residual current and functional tests, and the facility is handed over with as-built drawings, test records and warranty certificates.
Legislation and Standards
Design and application run under Law No. 6331, the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation, the High Current Installations Regulation, the Fire Buildings Regulation and the distribution company technical specifications. References: the TS HD 60364 series for installation design, TS EN 61439 for panel design, relevant TS EN product standards for cables and trunking, the Earthing Regulation and, for lightning, TS EN 62305. The project is signed by licensed electrical engineers; acceptance is completed with provisional and final handover.

Process Management and Occupational Safety
On the contracting site, work runs under a written permit system: energy isolation, work at height, hot work and lifting operations are approved day by day; the site OHS specialist audits the field and subcontractor work is tied to the same plan. Throughout installation, cabling, panels and carrier systems are recorded against manufacturer instructions and project revisions; incoming material inspection, conformity certificate control and serial traceability complete the record discipline. At handover the facility receives an operating guide, training and a periodic inspection calendar, so the investment operates from the first year as a measurable, traceable and auditable electrical infrastructure where intervention and expansion decisions rest on data.

All works run within TS HD 60364, the internal electrical installations legislation and the duties of Law No. 6331.
Four phases run: load analysis and panel-shaft-plan design (short-circuit studies, selectivity, compensation sizing), material-equipment supply and approvals, field mounting (tray-cable pulling-panel set-up-bonding) and test-commissioning (insulation-continuity-RCD-function trials, minutes). Energisation happens only after the verification protocols close; handover ends with the as-built file, training and the periodic inspection calendar.
TS HD 60364-6 verification: insulation resistance, earth-bonding continuity and loop impedance, RCD trip time, phase rotation and function tests; on the panel side TS EN 61439 type-verification-acceptance records. Under the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation the project approval, earthing report and acceptance paper; within the Work Equipment Regulation the generator-periodic inspection link is filed.
